Statista created and conducted thousands of anonymous employee surveys and utilized a huge dataset of employer evaluations from kununu to determine and award the top performing employer brands.

Top Employers Austria 2022
The ranking for “Top Employers Austria 2022” is based on an independent survey of employees. The survey was conducted via online access panels, among members of kununu and Xing as well as trend-readers. In addition, employer ratings from the kununu.com platform were incorporated.
More than 1,400 employers with 200 or more employees in Austria were identified for the survey. This was done through comprehensive desk research of numerous sources (industry associations, trade journals, economic research institutes, etc.) as well as the previous year’s list.
