About the project

The ranking for Canada’s Best Employers for Company Culture 2025 is based on an independent survey of employees as well as KPIs gathered of evaluable companies. The survey was conducted via online access panels.

More than 1,200 employers with 500 or more employees in Canada were identified for the survey. This was done through comprehensive desk research of numerous sources (industry associations, trade journals, economic research institutes, etc.) as well as the previous year’s list. Sufficient evaluations were gathered for 1,200.
