About the ranking
The ranking for America’s Best Physical Rehabilitation Centers 2024 is based on a nationwide online survey of medical professionals working in rehabilitation centers. The survey was available to participate on Newsweek.com and participants were invited via e-mail. Rehabilitation specific performance indicators
published the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) were analyzed. Additionally, accreditation data provided by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Model Systems Knowledge Translation Center (MSKTC) as well as google reviews as a proxy for patient satisfaction were taken into account.
