About the project

The ranking of the Best Employers Asia-Pacific 2025 is based on an independent survey from a vast sample of more than 50,000 employees. The survey was conducted via online access panels and an open survey on ft.com. The scope requires that companies (or their subsidiaries) have some degree of operations or employment activity at least in two countries in Asia-Pacific region, and all reviews are aggregated underneath a single parent employer brand.
