For the eighth year in a row, Forbes and Statista are awarding the title of America’s Best Recruiting Firms 2025. The study is based on over 70,000 sent invitations to three target groups with a total number of over 16,700 survey participants giving their vote. Recruiters were able to share their expertise and understanding of the recruitment and staffing sector in the form of nominations and recommendations. In addition, candidates and HR managers / hiring managers could also rate their nominated recruiting or staffing firms in several dimensions. Recommendations were carefully reviewed and in total, 175 companies were awarded in the category Executive Search, 225 companies were awarded in the category Professional Search and 200 companies were awarded in the category Temp Staffing.
