About the project

For the third year, the Financial Times and Statista compiled a list of “Asia-Pacific Climate Leaders”. It comprises companies across Asia-Pacific that showed highest performance and engagement in the following criteria:
• Year-over-year reduction in emission intensity of core emissions (Scope 1 and Scope 2) between 2017 and 2022
• Transparency of Scope 3 reporting
• Absolute reduction of core emissions
• Collaboration with the CDP
• Collaboration with the Science Based Targets initiative
• Commitment to net-zero
