About the project

The Italy’s Best Customer Service 2024/2025 ranking recognises 473 companies with the best Italian customer service in 155 different categories. It helps customers to find the companies that take particularly good care of their needs in various areas.

 

It is based on an online survey in which more than 15,000 customers participated. They were asked to rate the companies in terms of service availability, customer orientation, expertise, quality of communication and variety of solutions offered. In addition, they were asked whether they would recommend the company to others. In order to identify companies with a continuously good customer service, results from the previous year’s ranking were taken into account.
