About the project

The Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista are pleased to announce the first edition of Philippines’ Best Customer Service. Customer service is an extremely important area as it represents the first and most personal point of contact between a business and its customers.

The Philippines’ Best Customer Service 2023 rankings were identified from the results of an independent survey of more than 11,000 customers in the Philippines who have either made purchases, used services, or gathered information about products or services in the past three years.The survey link has also been publicly available via www.inquirer.net and has been promoted on various Philippine Daily Inquirer channels.

The Customers evaluated several brands and in total over 115,000 evaluations have been gathered.They were asked whether they would recommend brands to friends or family, as well as assess brands in the following areas: Quality of Communication, Professional Competence and Accessibility. The results provided information about brick & mortar, online retailers, and service providers. The final list recognizes the Top 3 or Top 5 brands in each category.
