About the project

The ranking “World’s Best Insurance Companies 2024” is based on an online survey among insurance customers in 15 different countries. Each survey respondent was able to share their experiences with their insurer in three categories: Homeowners, Auto and Life. For each category participants were asked to evaluate the insurance company in general as well as in five different subdimensions.
