About the project

World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2024 ranking followed a holistic approach to evaluate trust. The three distinctive pillars when evaluating companies trust are: customer trust, investor trust and employee trust.
The process involved creating a list of publicly traded companies in 20 different countries with a revenue of over 500 million USD. Then an extensive survey involving over 70,000 participants from the targeted countries were asked to evaluate the companies that had their headquarters in their respective country on the 3 pillars of trust already mentioned. This led to over 230,000 evaluations of companies being submitted. In addition to the surveys, we also conducted social listening for companies that received enough survey evaluations. This involved sentiment analysis of the companies on several media segments. This process gathered over 995,000 mentions of the companies.
